By making a purchase with us on this website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

  • All prices are exclusive of taxes. GST is applicable on total bill value.
  • On the occasion that any item is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase and relist the product at the correct price
  • The order will only be confirmed By SMS to customer
  • Items ordered from website are subject to availability at the store location as per the location chosen by you.
  • We deliver within 4 KM radius of our store.
  • Order will be delivered in 60 minutes from receipt of order at company’s network.
  • Maximum liability for Ammi’s Biryani is Rs. 200.
  • Delivery guarantee is applicable at the first barrier point
  • Service guarantee is not applicable when store operating conditions are not suitable, this will be announced at the time of taking the order
  • Ammi’s Biryani reserves the right to withdraw the service guarantee without prior intimation
  • Service guarantee shall not be applicable on New Year’s Eve, on Festivals, Christmas
  • The service guarantee may be withdrawn temporarily in view of difficult operating conditions for delivery

Refund and Cancellations

  • Order once placed can’t be withdrawn and no refund will be provided.
  • If for any reasons the delivery of orders can’t be made, then the Company will provide refund to the customer.
  • Any refund, claim, demand, etc. will be entertained by the company through its own resources and payment channel shall not be liable for this.
  • No obligation lies upon the payment channel for non-delivery or wrong – delivery of the order or any complaint about quality etc. All such issues shall lie with the Company Only.
  • In case the customer has paid excess amount for an order, the excess amount will be refunded via same source within 15-20 working days.
  • Customers are requested to provide proper acknowledgement against delivery of order by putting their signatures over the bill.
  • In any case the liability of the Company is fixed for a maximum of Rs.200/- or the value of order (refund via same source), as the case may be.
  • In case of any compliant, query, grievance the customer can contact to the Customer Relation Officer at the phone number or email Id or address as mentioned over the food container.
  • In case the customer has paid excess amount for an order, the excess amount will be refunded via same source within 15-20 working days.
